Whether I’m staying in your home or welcoming your pet into mine, I aim to provide care that is thoughtful, reliable, and tailored to your pet’s comfort. In a pet owner's home, I always respect your space and privacy, using only what is needed and ensuring everything is kept tidy and clean. I take pride in leaving things better than I found them. I follow all instructions carefully, as they help ensure your pet’s routine stays consistent and everyone has peace of mind. I’m happy to offer overnight stays, whether for a single night or several weeks, and have already done this for a number of cat-sitting clients. When pets stay in my own home, they get plenty of walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I live in a flat, but I provide regular walks and quick pee breaks as needed to make sure they are comfortable and content. Regardless of the setting, I believe pet care is about more than just feeding and walking. I spend real quality time with each pet, whether that is playtime, brushing, or simply being a calm and reassuring presence so they do not feel lonely. I send daily updates with photos or videos depending on your preference and am always happy to go the extra mile. That might include watering plants, taking out bins, collecting post, or even feeding a friendly hedgehog in your garden.

I really appreciated how reliable and caring Klara is. She put me ease leaving my 2 dogs with her. They loved her. She is very respectful and accommodating and communication was great. I have had no hesitation recommending Klara and will be booking her again when needed.
Much as I’d like to keep her a secret I can highly recommend Klara. She looked after Loki by visiting twice a day while we were away on a 10 day break and our son was working I felt complete confidence in her from the start which was proven when Loki developed a limp and she dealt with the subsequent vet visit on our behalf with great professionalism. Best of all we came back to a happy and relaxed dog. If you are concerned about leaving your dog with someone choose Klara! 😊
Klara was great! Our house was beautifully neat and tidy when we got back, but most of all, our cats were happy and had been fed and played with . Klara sent us photos of our cats and an update each time she visited, which eased our minds as they hadn't had a pet sitter before. Highly recommend and will definitely book again! Thank you, Klara!
Klara was great and so calm. She looked after our home, cat and dog so nicely, and we were able to be out for an event worry free that they were in good hands. Dougie seemed instantly comfortable with her and if he's happy, we're happy. Would deffo seek her help in the future when we're out and about. Thanks Klara (and for helping with the baking aftermath!)

As a freelance video editor working from home, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I can work from anywhere at any time, which allows me to fully adapt to your pet’s needs. Whether it's popping in for visits, staying overnight, or keeping your furry friend company throughout the day, I can easily adjust my workflow to provide attentive and consistent care, giving you peace of mind while you're away. I’m also quite active, so walking is already part of my daily routine and it’s always better with a four-legged friend by my side. I have experience managing multiple cat-sitting jobs at once and know how to balance my time to ensure each animal gets the attention they deserve. I'm happy to follow your pet's usual schedule and routines to help them feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in your absence. I'm confident caring for pets with different personalities, ages, and needs, whether they require active playtime or a gentle, quiet presence. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in. It’s a meaningful part of my lifestyle and something that brings real joy to my day.

- To make sure your pet receives the best possible care, I really appreciate knowing a few key things ahead of time. It helps me tailor my approach and keep your pet safe, happy, and comfortable. Please let me know about your pet’s feeding schedule, any dietary restrictions, medical needs, or behavioral quirks, especially things like anxiety, reactivity, or aggression. I also like to understand how they behave on walks, such as whether they pull or react to other dogs, so I can keep outings smooth and enjoyable. Accidents are no problem, and I am comfortable caring for pets that are not fully house trained or litter trained. I also find it really helpful to know how your pet interacts with other animals, children, or new people. For safety, I prefer to keep dogs on lead during walks, especially while we are still getting to know each other. And whenever possible, I like to arrange a meet and greet before the booking to ensure we are all a great fit.
