Grew up walking all my neighbors dogs. I trained my family dog and owned my own rabbitry, raising rabbits for 5yrs. I've owned and cared for pets anywhere from lizards and frogs to ducklings, mice, and guinea pigs to cats, dogs, and rabbits. My husband and I now own a cat. We house sit for family and friends and care for others cats and dogs. We have a huge heart for animals both young and old. My husband and I tag team pet care. He has a very flexible schedule that allows him to work from home throughout parts of the week. I have an early work schedule that allows me to go into work early and get home earlier in the afternoon. My husband will typically get into work between 10am and noon (if he's not working from home) and I'll usually get home around 3pm. However, this can be flexible and we communicate closely to be sure that we minimize the amount of time that the pet is left alone. We live in a Victorian styled home with about 3200 square ft inside with an outdoor runner and leash on a quarter acre. We are great communicators and always put the requests of the home/pet owner first. We want to uphold the needs of the pets and owners and ensure high quality care and love for the pet(s). We are home/pet owners and want to treat those alike the way we would want to be treated.
