I've had many cats and dogs growing up, at one point I even lived on a ranch and took care of horses and llamas. I've had two jobs working front desk at a veterinary office and I used to volunteer every Saturday at SNAP in Palo Cedro: a second-hand store and cat adoption center. I know how to give medications, administer insulin for diabetic animals, and even administer fluids for kitties. I am also CPR certified for cats and dogs. I have one dog and one cat of my own and can give more references if needed. Thank you for considering me as your pet sitter!

I am unfortunately not providing home services at this time as I have a dog who can be nervous and fearful around other dogs and needs more training before we can have other dogs in the house.

Kiva and I have been best friends for a good majority of our lives. For as long as I’ve known her she has been the most compassionate person you could ever imagine with animals! She has put in years and years of work with animals in some capacity or another either through jobs at vet clinics, shelters, and an incredible amount of volunteer work. She is one of those people who can handle high stress situations with a cool head and a clear, calm mind, and will work with whatever is given to her. I have no doubts in her ability to be one of the top caregivers at Rover!
I have known Kiva since kindergarten. She is compassionate and loves animals and has been a dog and cat owner her entire life. She is great with dogs and understands them very well. I would trust her to walk my dog and dig sit him anytime.
Kiva is friendly and a natural animal lover. She's very competent and kind, and I would trust any animal with her! She loves spending time with our dog and our dog loves spending time with her. Very trustworthy and responsible, would recommend.

Schedule
I work a 9-5 but don't mind walking/checking in on your pets before or after work, even at lunch if time allows. If you need dog walking or check-in services during the week, feel free to message me. I'm also pretty open on the weekends.
