I have experience helping care for family and friends’ animals throughout my life. I have experience with watching animals over night, taking them on daily walks, as well as general check ins. I have previous experience with grooming that helped me develop my responsiveness to an animals mood as well as fine tune patience based on their individual needs. Along with this, I have had a variety of animals as a part of my household since childhood. I do have experience caring for animals that are in their elder years, as well as animals that struggle with forms of anxiety.

A dogs safety is always most important to me. This means that I plan for the unpredictable moments that all animals have and care about following whatever pacing each individual animal needs from initial meeting to focused attention on walks.

I could tell Kat was very experienced with dogs on the more reactive side from them first meeting with my two beagles. At short notice I needed someone to look after my boys, due to a family emergency that I had to travel out of state for. They did a great job with them, especially considering how worried I was because of their kind of anxious nature! Kat did a lot to ease my own anxieties, giving me updates and sending me pictures regularly. When I got back I could tell the boys were comfortable and cared for, so I couldn’t be more happy with Kat’s service!! Highly recommend!
Kat is absolutely wonderful! I’ve already booked her for another house sitting since my dogs love her. She is so caring, dependable, clean, kind, and super helpful as she went above and beyond during a recent holiday booking. I cannot thank her enough! She is very communicative and shared pictures, and also helps with training. I’m so glad to have found Kat… I’m sure my two dogs would love to see her more often :)
Kat has taken care of my dog and cats on several occasions and has always done an incredible job. All of my pets are high maintenance and require serious attention, but that’s never stopped Kat from taking care of them even on short notice and for several weeks if needed. Kat is responsible, dependable, kind, and compassionate. She grew up with dogs and enjoyed training them, walking them, playing with them, and learning to groom them. More recently, she took in a cat that had been injured and lovingly cared for him for several years. Kat is currently living with two cats. She has the experience and skills to properly take care of your pet. Kat loves animals and always treats them with kindness and respect.

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule that means I am generally available at points throughout the day starting at 8AM. I am happy to work to make scheduling arrangements that are easy to work with.
