About Me 🐾 I’ve been surrounded by pets since the day I was born and have loved them like family ever since. I actually started a little dog-walking business as a kid and continued caring for animals for years! It’s always come naturally to me, and now I get to do it full-time. This isn’t just a hobby for me, it’s something I genuinely love and take seriously. My family and I have a special love for senior dogs. Our two beloved senior pups, Cookie and Pooch, lived long, happy lives and taught us so much about patience, comfort, and giving dogs the extra care they need as they get older. We have one dog now, Evie, and our kids have grown up around animals and are very gentle and respectful with them. Having dogs in our home has always been a normal part of family life! While we don’t have a fenced yard, your pup will still get plenty of outdoor time, walks, fresh air, and attention. Every outing is safely leashed, and I’m very mindful about keeping dogs secure and comfortable. I’m flexible, communicative, and happy to send as many photos and updates as you’d like. I want you to feel completely comfortable while you’re away and know that your dog is being loved and cared for. Inside the home, dogs are welcome to relax and roam freely, get plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention, and truly feel like part of the family. A few things I ask of my boarding guests: 🐾 Dogs must be leash trained and comfortable walking on a leash. 🏡 Dogs must be fully house trained and not have a history of frequent indoor accidents. 🔇 Dogs must be comfortable in a home environment and not be excessive barkers. 🦴 Dogs must not be destructive chewers or have a history of chewing furniture, walls, etc. 🐶 I’m not accepting puppies at this time. I’m currently focusing on adult dogs, especially those who do well in a calm, family home. Most importantly, I want every dog who stays with us to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved. Your pup is part of our family while they’re here. 🐾🤍
