Pet care already fits naturally into my daily routine as I have both a dog and a cat myself. I’m used to regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime and giving pets attention and company throughout the day. I enjoy being outdoors and active, so dog walking is something I genuinely enjoy rather than a chore. I’m flexible during the week and happy to work around pets’ usual routines to help them feel comfortable and settled.

I always take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality and any special requirements they may have. In a pet owner’s home, I would respect their space, follow instructions carefully and make sure pets feel calm and comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for reassurance too. Safety, patience and kindness are always my priority.🐾

It’s also helpful to know how they are around other animals, what helps them feel comfortable and anything they may be nervous about. I want every pet to feel safe, relaxed and cared for in a way that feels familiar to them. 🐾

I love making sure pets stay happy, active and engaged while they’re in my care. For dogs, this can include walks, playtime, enrichment games, trips to local parks and lots of attention and affection. I’m also happy to adapt activities to suit each dog’s personality and energy level, whether they love long adventurous walks or calmer companionship. For cats and smaller pets, I enjoy interactive play, cuddles (if they like them!) and keeping their routines calm and stress-free. I’ll always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for while having fun too.🐾

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with chickens horses dogs and cats. I currently have a tabby cat called Milo and a Cockapoo called Buddy, so I’m used to different personalities, energy levels and routines. I’m friendly, reliable and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that’s long walks, company during the day or keeping pets calm and comfortable while their owners are away. I have completed DBS checks as part of previous employment. I understand the importance of caring for both pets and owners’ homes responsibly, and I always aim to provide a safe, dependable and friendly service.
