We love our furry friends in all shapes and sizes
I have cared for many pets, I grew up with cats in my family home and 8 years ago we got a puppy cocker spaniel so have spent time training her therefore have experience with puppies also and have years of experience. My boyfriends mum and dad also have a cocker spaniel who has just turned 2 so that has enhanced our skills in handling puppies. We have them both over at ours regularly so are very confident in having dogs in our care and love spending time with our furry friends as they are great companions.

This was Pumpkin's second and third stay with Kirsty and once again we couldn't have asked for better care. The bookings were very last minute and we were so grateful that Kirsty was able to help. It was such a relief knowing we could rely on someone we completely trust to look after our precious girl. Pumpkin settled in so quickly this time, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and happy she feels in Kirsty's care. She was so well looked after and it was lovely knowing she was having such a great time while we were away both days. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and genuinely wonderful dog sitter. Using Rover for the first time was daunting, but I trust our Knuffel’s instinct — and he walked straight into Kirsty and David’s house and immediately flopped over for a belly rub. Communication with Kirsty was easy, and she was wonderfully flexible with pick‑up time, which made the whole experience even smoother. Getting pictures throughout the day of him in his usual happy pose — paws in the air, fast asleep — was reassuring and meant we could enjoy our day without worrying. We’ll definitely rebook with Kirsty and David again.
As this was only the second time we had left our precious girl, Pumpkin, it was really important for us to find someone we felt completely comfortable with. Being able to meet Kirsty beforehand with Pumpkin was incredibly reassuring, we were made to feel so welcome in her beautiful, warm home. Pumpkin enjoyed a full day with Kirsty and we received updates and photos throughout, which gave us great peace of mind. Kirsty was also very honest and communicative, letting us know that Pumpkin had taken a little while to settle. We really appreciated this transparency and it was wonderful to receive reassurance later that our girl had relaxed and made herself completely at home. When we collected Pumpkin, Kirsty took the time in providing a full update on how their day had gone, which I really valued. It was clear that Pumpkin had been cared for with genuine kindness, patience and attention. I can't recommend Kirsty highly enough for the care she provided and the overall experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for looking after Pumpkin so well - she is already looking forward to another stay!
Kirsty and her partner last minute took Bonnie for NY, they were kind and accommodating, giving me regular updates! Bonnie enjoyed her sleep over and we will definitely be using them again! Lovely to have met you both!
Second time we’ve left our dog Thistle with Kirsty and it won’t be the last! A lovely couple who really look after our dog enabling us to travel worry free knowing he’s being well looked after. Lots of updates and photos are provided daily which is great. When we dropped Thistle off for his second stay with Kirsty he made his way quickly and excitedly to her front door - that’s a great sign!
Our crazy cocker spaniel loved staying with Kirsty and David. They sent regular updates and looked after him so well. He came back a very happy and tired pooch. Thank you so much!

Schedule
Me and my boyfriend both work full time and are limited to working from home so are able to cover long weekends. In our spare time at weekends we love long walks and taking drives to find new places so a dog would be in great company with us.

We live in a flat so we don’t have our own private garden but we have lots of parks and walks we do regularly within walking distance.

In our spare time we love being outside and finding new places to walk so having dogs with us adds to the fun as it’s great to see them running about using all of their energy.
