I understand that every dog is different, so I tailor my walks and visits to suit their needs, whether that’s a high-energy walk, a slower paced stroll, or just some company and reassurance at home. I have experience with both young and older dogs, so I’m confident handling: • Puppies who need patience, routine and basic training support • Senior dogs who may need a gentler pace and extra care I also offer pop-in visits for feeding, toilet breaks and check-ins, which is perfect if you’re out for the day or working long hours. What really sets me apart is my reliability, communication and genuine love for dogs. I keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you always know your dog is happy and in safe hands.

I make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe and well cared for in their own environment. In a pet owner’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine — feeding, toilet breaks, walks and any specific instructions — so your dog feels relaxed and secure. For dog walks, I ensure each walk suits your dog’s needs, whether that’s an energetic outing or a calmer, steady pace. Safety is always a priority, and I take care to use secure leads, avoid hazards, and keep a close eye on behaviour. For pop-in visits, I provide feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, and plenty of attention and reassurance. I’ll also spend time giving them company so they’re not left feeling lonely. I always keep owners updated with messages and photos, so you know your dog is happy and in safe hands while you’re away.

Kirsty is a wonderful dog sitter, we felt very safe leaving our two dogs in her care for a week. The reports and comms were spot on, and she was able to accommodate our requests with flexibility. Highly recommended!

Schedule
Pet care is a big part of my daily routine and something I’ve built my schedule around. I plan my days to make sure every dog gets the time, attention and care they need, whether that’s regular walks, pop-in visits, or one-off bookings. I keep my schedule organised and flexible so I can be reliable for my clients, including mornings, afternoons and evenings where needed. I also make sure I never overbook, so each dog gets the proper attention and isn’t rushed. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I fit in — it’s what I do day-to-day, and I genuinely enjoy spending my time outdoors walking and looking after them.

- Before caring for any dog, it’s really important for me to know as much as possible about them so I can give the best care. I always ask about their routine, temperament and any specific needs. This includes things like: • Their usual walking routine and energy level • Whether they’re friendly with other dogs or prefer space • Any medical conditions, allergies or medications • Feeding times and dietary requirements • Recall ability and behaviour on/off lead • Any triggers or things that may make them anxious I also like to know what they enjoy most — whether that’s playing, exploring or just a calm walk — so I can make sure they feel comfortable and happy. The more I know in advance, the better I can tailor my care and make sure your dog is safe, relaxed and well looked after.
