I have been caring for a wide range of pets since I was 10 years old, growing up with dogs, cats, and Guinea pigs. As a kid I would frequently walk neighbors dogs and look after pets when my neighbors were away. My love for animals led me to volunteer at a veterinary hospital when I was 14, which turned into a job at 16. I have 8 years experience working with a local vet and 30 years experience as a pet caretaker and owner. Our family currently has our big boy, Bear. He is a calm and patient 8 year old 150lb silver lab with food allergies and other medical needs, so we have experience in administering oral, topical and injectable medications, as well as dealing with dietary restrictions.
