I have owned dogs as well as cats, guinea pigs and rabbits all my life and love all sizes of dogs. I have pet sit for friends before and since I can not have a dog im my apartment, I am desperate for any contact with fluffy friends. I always respect the dogs I meet and start my first encounter with letting them approach me and sniff my hand before reaching out to pet them. My dog has struggled with walking nicely on a leash in the past so I have experience with gentle leaders and other assisting walking devices. I understand that every dog is different, with unique personalities and needs. I can not wait to meet your dog and begin our loving relationship!

Kirsten was a fantastic sitter for my two dogs. As a first-time Rover user, I truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth. She maintained prompt communication and was very flexible when our scheduling needs changed. I received clear and thorough updates on how my dogs were doing. I highly, highly recommend Kirsten to anyone looking for a wonderful sitter for their pets.
This was our first time every using Rover and also leaving our pets with someone non-family. Kirsten was amazing! She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. During the stay, she sent photo updates of the pets, which helped us since we were so far from them. She left our house just as we left it, and I’m happy we had her watch our fur-babies! We also booked her for dog walking services so our dogs could get used to her and she showed up on time and was great with them. If we ever need services in the future I’m going to be sure to book Kirsten!

I play with the pets and engage with them the entire time of the service. I also make time for petting the dog or cat because I know they miss their owners and that they deserve some extra attention when I am there.
