I’m home 24/7 and I leave only for school pickup/drop offs and to run errands throughout the day. Our whole home is filled with cameras to ensure that I can keep an eye on your pet while I'm gone. It gives me a peace of mind.. We like to keep your pets schedule the same as home so anything they do normally is what they’ll do here!

I like to think of their stay as a doggy vacation and we are always down for some fun activities with your pup, or if you're like a couple of my pups, a cozy nap on the couch will be how your pet spends their days here! I know basic command training and you will see an improvement after a few visits with your pet. Any problems with your pets will be discussed after every visit as well as an at home plan. That way the training continues! Whatever your schedule, I can work with you. Because as we all know, our pets are a part of the family! That means our goal is to have your pet feeling as comfortable as family when they leave and hopefully get their tails wagging to come back!

I am completely comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. If your pet has any health issues or concerns we can discuss that prior to their visit. Contact me for more information in your area! Thank you so much. I look forward to speaking with you!
A typical day
I have multiple repeat clients and I've been told by a few pet parents that they get so excited just pulling on my street! They know they're going to get some kisses and royalty treatment here at Auntie Kirsten's house!! I recommend always having a meet and greet but, we know that life happens and in the case of an emergency we do offer services without one. At drop off, your pup will stay with me for a few hours inside alone, to get familiar with the area, smells, and me. After your pup settles and is comfortable, we slowly introduce our pups to them one by one to ensure that everyone gets out all their sniffs and it won't be as overwhelming. Once comfy they all become connected and your baby will fit right into our groove. I have a very large 4 foot fenced in yard and all pets are welcome on furniture and to snuggle in bed. We don’t crate animals unless requested!

I am a former veterinary technician from a local clinic in my area! Any illnesses will be taken care of immediately which includes any underlying illnesses some may not catch! I have 3 years experience in vet med and recently left to care for your babies full time! I have been doing Rover/dog sitting for nearly 10 years now! My dream was to become a veterinarian as I grew up obsessed with my pets and wanted to have as many as possible. My children came along and I became a dog sitter instead until I became a veterinary technician in 2019. I left the field to come back full time to take care of your fur babies!

Kirsten was amazing with my two puppies! They came back wore out! She was great to send updates with pictures and videos and was very flexible on changing drop off and pick up times!! It was like a vacation for the puppies. We will definitely book with her again!!

Kirsten was a lifesaver! We had another Rover sitter cancel on us at midnight the day of drop off. Due to being a novice Rover user I didn’t even realize that the other sitter had cancelled until 10 minutes before the drop off time (when I was trying to message we were on our way). I was panicked. I messaged Kirsten because she was along our route to our vacation destination and she responded extremely quickly saying she could watch our dog and puppy. Within 3 hours we dropped off both dogs and she cared for them like they were her own. We were greeted cheerfully immediately upon arrival and received regular updates. We even had to adjust pick up times and she was very accommodating. Can’t say enough about how great she was for our puppies. Thanks for saving us this week!
Kirsten was amazing!! She absolutely saved my life by agreeing to a last minute booking and she was super knowledgeable and confident in understanding dog behavior. I felt so comfortable leaving my two boys with her, and I am admittedly a bit of a helicopter parent sometimes, but she put me entirely at ease! Would recommend her to anyone!!
