We booked Kirsten to watch our 3 dogs (2 of which are elderly) in our home for a short trip to see how she and they would do together. Things went great! The dogs were happy and healthy when we got home. Kirsten sent us pictures of the pups each day. The house was clean when we got home. Seriously a great test run!
Kirsten was fantastic with Maple while we were gone for the week. She sent lots of pictures and I could tell Maple was happy when we returned. Kirsten also was incredibly helpful housesitting with water plants and feeding the fish. She also helped us navigate the AC going out during a heatwave and made sure Maple didn't get too hot.
I have known Kirsten for many years. I do not know a more caring and conscientious person. She loves and adores all of her charges, whether they are cats, dogs, guinea pigs, or even small children! Kirsten watched over our cats and dogs, our home, and our children many times. I wouldn't hesitate to have her care for our home and pets again. I myself have been a Rover sitter for many families as well as a person who has hired Rover sitters. Honesty and integrity are huge when you open your home to someone to care for your pets and to respect your space. It's hard to find a person you trust to that degree. Kirsten is absolutely that person.
