I grew up on a small farm and cared for many animals including dogs and cats. I was an active member in 4H and FFA where I learned valuable skills. I have always owned a dog and I can't imagine a home without one.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and care are my main focus. It is important that your pet has the same level of care with me as your pet would have with you. It is very important that you trust me with your pet, and I hope to earn that trust right away. I completed and was certified in a Pet CPR and First Aid Class. I started taking care of pets with Rover in 2021 and to date I have never canceled a booking service.

We had a great experience with our cat sitter. She was attentive and proactive, even calling to let us know that our very curious cat had managed to get herself stuck and needed a little help. We appreciated the communication and the care she showed. Our cats were well cared for, and we felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. We’d happily book with her again!
Kirsten was amazing! She gave us good updates, checked in on our boys and made sure we could go away and feel totally at ease. We will absolutely be booking her again!!
Kirsten did great watching our 2 dogs while we were away for the weekend. They warmed up to her very quickly, which was a good sign. She texted with pictures every time she dropped in. We were very comfortable leaving them in her care, so we were able to enjoy ourselves. It's very difficult to find someone you trust with your pets, but it looks like we found the right person!
Kirsten did a great job, always came just when she said, always sent a nice photo and often a little note. Willie, our cat, can be shy but she had him sitting in her lap by the end! Kudos to Kirsten!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible. I love to exercise so I will enjoy caring for and walking your dog. If you book a House Sitting it will include 15 hours in the home (perhaps 5PM to 8AM) plus an hour drop in during the day (perhaps 1PM). Also, an additional charge will be added if your pet is located outside of Roslyn, City of Cle Elum, or Suncadia (more than a 10 minute drive). Dog Holiday rates apply on the day before and the day after the holiday as well as the holiday on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Cat Holiday rates will be adjusted at the time of booking.
