Pet care experience

I love alllllllll the animals! :)

I have grown up with animals my entire life. My first pet was a stray cat I named Smokey when I was 3 years old. We rescued my first dog, Lucky, from the pound for my fourth Christmas. I was gifted my first chocolate lab, Wesson, for my 6th birthday. I rescued a litter of kittens who’s mom got ran over by a car when I was 10. I still have two of those cats to this day - Prince and Tiggy (14 years old, happy, and spoiled rotten). When I went off to college I adopted my soul dog, a black lab I named Enzo, from the Humane Society. Unfortunately, he passed away in November of last year. The point is, I’m a genuine animal lover who will treat your pets like my own - because that’s what they’ll be in my care. Nothing brings me more joy than a dog licking my face or a cat rubbing against my leg. I promise your babies are safe with me. Not only will they be safe, they’ll be happy :)

Kirsten was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and clearly cared about my pets. She came by right on time for each visit, made sure they got their potty breaks, and even handled giving them their medicine with no problem. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. I highly recommend Kirsten and would happily book with her again!

Kirsten house sat and did so well with our pets! She was reliable and there when she said she would be there. She also seemed to be knowledgeable with the care given to the animals! Would use her again!

Kirsten was great! Very quick to respond to my request and sent plenty of pictures to assure me that my pups were cared for! Will definitely use her again.

Kirsten is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She treated my pup like her own pet. He has been attacked before, so he’s reactive to large dogs, but Kirsten listened to my concerns. I definitely felt safe leaving him in her hands and recommend her to friends and family.

My pup, Crimson, loves going to visit Kirsten! I have never met someone who loved animals more! We use her for vacation pup sitting, and have added daily walks! Our favorite thing about having Kirsten for our dog sitter, is the pictures we receive during his stay!

Safety, trust & environment

My apartment has a fenced in dog park right across from my apartment building that is very rarely used, but in good condition. I have two cats that I can keep locked on one side of the house if your animals prefer no company :). I am very flexible and can adjust to most needs your babies might have!

Pets

A typical day

I can accommodate what ever your pet enjoys doing! If your pet is introverted, we can stay at home and play, snuggle, and they can get allllll the pets on their belly. If they are outgoing and love to socialize, I can take them to the dog park, walking trails, to play fetch, and tug of war! If your dog likes to socialize with other dogs, the dog park is the perfect place for us to be on a nice sunny day!
