Hello! I’m Kira. I’m originally from Virginia, where I grew up with a cat and a yellow lab, both of whom I absolutely adored. Growing up with them instilled in me a love and appreciation for our animal counterparts. I began to understand how we form such special relationships with them and they become an important part of our families. Since growing up with animals, I’ve dog sat and house sat for several friends, neighbors, and families and loved it. I love being active and outdoors, so whether it’s a hike on a trail, a run, or a stroll around the block, I’m always looking to spend time taking in the fresh air and sunshine with a four-legged friend.

In caring for your pets, it’s important to me that the water bowl always be full and that we stick to the routine they’re used to in order to ensure they’re comfortable. ** Please note that beginning in February 2024, I will be adding a $30 charge for dog sitting jobs requesting I come before 9 a.m. **

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule both during the week and over weekends. A typical week for me usually involves participating in a Bible study, going to a yoga class a few times, and attending church on Sunday.
