I’d love to care for your pets!
I’ve had pets since I was a child- Always at least one cat, one dog, and a turtle! I have volunteered with MSPCA as well, and taken care of shelter animals. My own dog is from a shelter, and she is reactive to other dogs. I’ve helped train her both in the house and on the leash, and have experience in handling reactive animals because of this. My dog, a snuggly pitbull, is now a certified Canine Good Citizen! I can keep up with high energy pets, but I also love being with a pet that loves relaxing just as much as I do. I will always follow instructions/rules for your pet, and I am open to phone calls, texts, and email for communications. I look forward to meeting and caring for your lovely pets!

Safety, trust & environment
I am always very careful about a pet’s space and comfort in their home. I can feed, walk, play, and drive pets around as needed. My car also includes a seat cover that prevents clumsy pets such as my own from falling, so I am open to driving any size of pet.

Kira stayed with my 3 dogs for the 1st time this weekend. I felt very comfortable leaving them and knowing they were in good hands. Kira kept in touch just enough to keep me informed, without distracting from my time away. We will definitely have her back again! Thank you, Kira ❤️

Kira is a kind, loving, responsible person who takes great care of her animals. She is always there to lend a hand, and she always seems to know what her pets need. She spreads positivity everywhere she goes. She is fun to be around, and ready for anything.
Anyone can tell Kira is an animal lover the moment she is in the presence of any critter, big or small. She grew up with cats, dogs, fish and turtles, went to zoo camps, farm/horse camps, volunteered at an animal shelter, and has taken care of pets for friends and family often. Even at a young age she was always a very responsible and compassionate caregiver; (and not afraid of the cleanup!) She has loads of patience and a friendly approach, and even helped us take our reactive rescue dog to training and kept up the practice with her in between- even teaching her a few extra fun tricks! Kira is also a great communicator and will send photos and updates to keep us connected to our fur-babies.

Schedule
I’m currently on Winter Break, so I can house sit, walk, drop by, etc. during days or nights. I am used to late nights, and could do early mornings if needed.

For walks: Let me know how far your dog goes, if they’re reactive or overly friendly, if I should allow them to interact with strangers, etc. Anything you think I should know is important to me!
