Lowering Anxiety in Dogs and Owners
I love dogs and have been taking care of them since I was 8. I spend a lot of time reading about of dog psychology and understanding dog body language; Which I use to make sure the animals I work with are safe and happy. I grew up with a dog who had dog aggression problems so I understand that different dogs have a variety of needs. As a result I take what people advise for their pet very seriously. Neighbors and friends have trusted me with their pets for all my life. I’m currently working part time and can rearrange my plans easily to fit your dog’s needs. All I need a few days notice and I will move heaven and hell to give your dog the best care possible. I am ready to keep your pets schedule as normal as possible while you go on adventures. Just give me a little direction and I can ensure they get every meal, walk and ritual the same. I’ll do watered I can to lower their anxiety while you are gone. From crates to cuddles I’ve got your back. I also have a friendly Shepard mix who is always down for a play date if you don’t want your dog get lonely or bored. I also am perfectly prepared and happy to leave her home and make sure your dog gets the relaxation and pampering they deserve.

We couldn't have been happier with how well Kindra did in looking after our dog for 2 days. Kindra showed up when she was scheduled to, followed all instructions for our dog's special diet, took our dog for her regular walks, kept us updated over the weekend with texts and photos and the house was in tip-top shape when we got bank home. Highly recommend Kindra for your dogsitting needs!
Kindra was amazing! She made sure our anxious sheepdog was comfortable with her prior to our trip, and she went above and beyond for our two pups! They were so happy in the photos she sent of them throughout the weekend, and we felt so reassured that they were in great hands. We were so fortunate to find her and we can’t recommend her enough!
Kindra was awesome. Our dogs took to her right away, which is unusual for one of our dogs who is incredibly shy. She kept us up-to-date on what time she arrived and left and sent some really cute pictures as well. I highly recommend her for your next pet sitter need!

I am an artist who works from home. As a result my schedule is incredibly flexible, especially if I have a little big of time to rearrange things.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog who loves nothing more than to run around with others! I am not a big fan of dog parks. Instead I prefer to take dogs on adventures or have them play in small groups.

A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks along the trails around my house or in the area. Following that up with some games that tire dogs them mentally as well as physically has always been my go to. Puzzle toys and scent games are fun for everyone involved! I also love working with dogs on their tricks (so long as I have permission).
