I graduated from the University of Alabama in December of 2024. I’m a stay at home wife while my spouse works at the Alberta elementary school of performing arts so I’ll have plenty of time to cafe for your pups.

I have a small fenced in backyard and 2 adult toy poodles who are very sweet to everyone. I live in a small neighborhood with tons of space to take walks/runs. I also prefer a gentle approach when correcting behavior and I believe crates should be a safe space rather than punishment.

Koko is very shy at first but after she’s met the pup, she’s ready to play. Shes very well trained so there would be no aggression on her part.
A typical day
Koko and I enjoy being outdoors so on Saturdays we will go to the Tuscaloosa River Market. On other days we’ll go to the trail near the river to walk or the park. Koko would love to play with your pup using all of the toys we have here. There’s also space to sunbathe and play in the backyard and they may also learn a few commands/tricks while they are here.

Pet care experience
I got my first family dog at the age of 12 and he was a 100 pound chocolate Labrador named Max. When I moved to Germany, I was not allowed to take him so he currently lives with my brother. After moving back to the US, I got my own toy poodle at the age of 16 named Eymber and was completely responsible for her. Once I moved to college, I got her a puppy named Koko and they absolutely love eachother. Eymber is now 5 years old and koko is 1. Occasionally, I stop by the Tuscaloosa animal shelter to volunteer and I love being the reason a pup was happy that day. I love my babies and all fur babies more than anything in the world!!💛
Reviews
My dog seems healthy and fine after his stay. He was with Kimora for about 15 hours for day care & I didn’t get any pictures at all & only updates when I asked which was kind of disappointing. He didn’t eat much either & chewed a shoe which is super unlike him (might not be her fault but I just noticed it and makes me feel like he didn’t get a lot of attention). Just didn’t seem like the service was comparable to what I usually get at this price on Rover.
Cookie had a great stay with Kimora and her pups! She had play time and walks, and I got pics and videos letting me know how she was doing. Cookie can’t wait for her next stay!
This was my first time using Rover and would highly recommend Kimora for boarding. She was very accommodating and kept me updated with videos. Benjamin was well taken care of and got along great with her pups. 10/10 would definitely book with her again!
