My husband and I have always had a very big place in our hearts for dogs of any breed. We have both had dogs in our families our entire lives. We took a break for the past several years from Rover because our dog Bauer was old and didn’t tolerate others well. We recently lost our dog and we all really miss having one around to play and cuddle. We would love to help you enjoy your vacation by allowing us to care for and love your babies as our own! I am a nurse, but currently I am working home health so I’m usually only away from home for 4 hours at most during the day. We have a large, dog-friendly backyard! Our 3 children love dogs just as much as we do and are constantly asking for the neighbors dog to come have play dates. We would love to watch your babies for you and keep them safe so you can have a worry free trip!!

Kimberly and her family were wonderful with our fur babies. I can tell that they really loved our dogs and gave them so much cuddles while we were away. Her family was very sweet and caring from the meet and greet until after we picked up our fur babies. I really appreciated the updates and pictures when we were away and I could tell the doggies were in excellent hands.
Kimberly and her family were wonderful and very welcoming hosts to my two dogs. The communication was excellent always sending me updates and pictures of how the dogs were interacting with each family member, with each other and the environment. They were also very accommodating to me with unexpected last minute reservation changes including my delayed flights. I truly felt my pets were in good hands and would definitely feel comfortable leaving them in their care again.

This was my first time using Rover and I was a little unsure of what to expect and if my dog would do alright. Kim set my mind at ease and truly cared for my dog, Maggie. She sent me many photos while Maggie was there and let me know how Maggie was doing. I felt like Kim really cared for Maggie. I will definitely use Kim again in the future!
I have known Kim for many years. Recently, she took on pet sitting, and we actually used her for 5 days while we were out of town. Our dog received the best of care, and I believe actually missed her and her dogs when we brought him home. But, this does not surprise me, as I stated, I have known Kim for many years. and she is a nurse. She became a nurse because she likes helping and is a caring person.

Schedule
I work 3 days a week and I am only away from home for about 4 hours at a time. My husband schedule varies and some days he is home.

Safety, trust & environment
Brand new fenced yard, so they will be absolutely safe within our home and in backyard. We keep the gate closed at all times and we always go outside with the dogs to potty/play. They will never be left alone outside.
A typical day
Our kids love to play fetch and chase the dogs around our large backyard and we will take the dogs on walk as well, around the neighborhood
