Safely is priority number one. If you have a fenced in backyard, I will make sure the fence is closed and secure before I enter the house. If I am entering your house through the garage, I will make sure the garage door is down before I enter the house.

Please advise anything else about your dog that I need to know.
A typical day
I will walk your dog in your neighborhood. I will play with your dog, throw toys, balls. I can also assist with potty training puppies. I am available to: dog walk, pet check-ins at your home, pet sitting in your home (no overnights). I can also bring in any mail, packages, water plants and gardens.

Pet care experience
I am from Indianapolis, IN. I recently moved to Florida. In Indianapolis, I volunteered as a dog walker at the Hamilton County, Indiana Humane Society. I logged over 1000 hours of walking dogs, cleaning their kennels if needed, and notifying the medical staff if the dog was sick. I have owned dogs all my life, therefore I have dealt with both puppies and geriatric dogs. At the Humane Society I walked big dogs, small dogs, and dogs with various personalities. We adopted two black lab mix puppies from a rescue. I love dogs, I even brush my own dogs teeth daily. I will treat your pup like I treat my own dogs, with love and compassion. I am an empty nester, so I am available. I am a caring, compassionate person. Dogs have a special place in my heart and I love them. I have been doing Rover since 2019. I look forward to meeting you and your pup.

Kim has been a wonderful dog walker for our pup. She's very reliable, makes sure he gets his exercise, and plenty of water and treats. Kim makessure she locks up behind her and is an excellent communicator. I get lots of photos and updates from her.

Kim did a great job with Maisy. She spent lots of time in our meet and greet to understand Maisy and her quirks. I found Kim to be very flexible and a great communicator. She provided lots of details around how Maisy did during her drop in. She provided a lot of photos too. She’s very responsible and I would highly recommend her to others.
