I work remotely so I can be a little more flexible with my time during the weeks as long as I am given appropriate notice. If I am to house sit, I can stay at the house the entire duration provided that there is wifi for me to work.

I’d prefer to know how a dog is around someone he or she has never met before(me), what daily habits do they have, how I need to administer any meds or other medical issues I will need to help with. I’d like to know as much as I can and get to know your animal before I agree to watch them.
A typical day
I work remotely, so I am able to entertain pets while working. We will play with their favorite toys, go on walks to their favorite spots, give them loads of attention, play fetch if they’re able to, and help them get some energy out in the yard, if the area is sufficient.

Pet care experience
I started pet and house sitting for family members learning the ins and outs of what is required to care for different types of animals. Being in a familiar setting helped me to feel comfortable while learning the pet’s routine and care requirements. When my own senior cats’ health started to decline, I started to learn how apply medical attention to animals with specific health issues. I graduated to unfamiliar settings and animals a few years ago and felt comfortable applying the techniques I learned from the animals I knew most of my life. Since then, I have been able to take care of pets with multiple types of health issues and specific routines.
