Can I Hug Your Dog!?
We’ve been hugging dogs since we were kids, and we’d love to hug yours! Penny, Ciel, and our family enjoy hosting furry friends - we take care of them and our pups play hard with them! Please note: *We cannot currently accept bookings for unneutered/intact male pups *We host a large, rambunctious group of pups throughout the week - pups who prefer quiet, calm environments may not have an enjoyable experience here, and we will happily recommend sitters who may be a better fit for your family

We decided to spend one day in Springfield and to be able to enjoy all the local Lincoln attractions and the Dana Thomas House we had to find a daycare. Kimberly was definitely the right choice. We felt welcome. Beau was right away happy. Don't hesitate one second to entrust Kimberly to take care of your dog.
My dog is older and can at times be grumpy adjusting to new situations. She was begging to get out of the car after day 1 and is obsessed with her doggy daycare. Can’t recommend enough!
Good experience. Our dog had a good time and was sad for a day after coming back home which is a good sign :)
Lily really enjoyed her time with Kimberly and I appreciated the updates about her stay and how she was adjusting to her new surroundings. I would highly recommend them!
Kimberly was wonderful! She was able to help us watch our dog Jerry for a daycare visit with only a few days notice. She was very prompt with responding to questions or inquiries, and very professional and friendly. We would absolutely work with her again in the future!

Programa
Hosting pups is our full-time job - your pups become part of our family while they’re here! We spend our days with our guests, playing and chatting with them, and can attend to everyone’s needs regularly throughout the day. Our 24/7 dedication to giving your pups the best experience while away from your home makes us a great choice for day care and socialization opportunities! We accept bookings between 7am and 7pm; we will consider bookings outside these hours on a case by case basis, potentially for an additional cost. Our availability for picking up and dropping off is limited but we aim to be as flexible as possible. Reach out with your needs and we’ll work out an arrangement that works best for all of us!

Our entire yard is fenced in - there’s room to run full speed! We can adjust feeding schedules as needed to accommodate your dog’s diet. In good weather, pups are free to go inside and outside at their leisure. We don’t require pups to use crates while we’re gone or overnight, but if you prefer your pup be crated at any time, we’re happy to do that and have multiple available. Male pups will wear a belly band for the first 24 hours of their stay, at minimum - this soft, absorbent band fits around their belly and attaches with Velcro on their back. Belly bands reduce marking behavior, especially in unneutered males. You may bring your own, but we can supply them, free of charge. Using belly bands keeps our home calmer, cleaner, and fresher by eliminating marking behavior and reduces anxiety for future pups by giving them less reason to want to mark over the scent of previous pups. We have indoor and outdoor security cameras in many locations that can be helpful to review if any safety situations arise. The safety of all of our pups is very important to us! (They’re also great for catching fun footage!)

Penny and Ciel keep our guests very busy - they love a friendly roughhouse session and happily share their toys with other pups. We have at least 10 different toys of different textures on the floor and in the yard at all times. Most days, we keep the back door open so pups can come and go as they please. We have our 6-year-old child half the time, and he adores our girls and our guests! He’s gentle and playful with them, and has even sat with a puppy guest and played lullabies for her while she napped. Our pups get as much outside time as they wish in our huge fenced yard, and have free roam of the house while inside. Our pups sleep in our bed at night, and your pup is welcome to do the same!
