Dog Lover with a Flexible Schedule
I grew up with dogs in my home (German Shepherd and Doberman mixes). While I don't currently own a pet, I've been a trusted dog and cat sitter for family members and friends for years. I live in a townhome in a very green, quiet neighborhood in NE Washington, DC near Catholic University and Fort Totten Metro. There are also many dog owners in my community, so your fur baby will be in good company during our walks. I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to play, snuggle with and walk with your fur baby. I have flexibility in my day for walks and playtime throughout the day. Your fur baby will be well supervised in my spacious townhome. They will also get a lot of playtime and exercise, as my neighborhood is very walkable and dog friendly. We also have lots of grassy areas in my neighborhood, and I am within walking distance of a couple of parks. I am happy to provide regular updates and pictures of your baby while they are in my care.

Kimberly has taken in our dog Toby a few times now, and as always, she was communicative and extremely conscientious. He came home happy!
Kimberly looked after our dog Toby while we were out of town for a long weekend, and was wonderful to work with! :) She was communicative and thoughtful during our meet-and-greet, and shared pictures and updates throughout. Toby seemed to be immediately comfortable with her, and returned a happy camper. Definitely recommend and look forward to reaching out to Kimberly again in the future!

This was our second time working with Kim. She was great with our pups. One was a bit fussy with a harness and she was so patient with her. Would absolutely recommend Kim and will be booking again.
Kimberly has taken care of our anxious and needy dog multiples times and has done a wonderful job. She’s gotten to know his many “quirks” and kept up with his medication. We feel he’s in safe hands and he loves spending time with her. We highly recommend working with her!
Kimberly was great with our pups. One of our dogs has anxiety and made it difficult to get a harness on her. Kimberly was able to do so and take them on a walk still. We would love to hire her again.

A typical day
We'll start the day with morning hugs and cuddles, a walk in the neighborhood and feeding. I can take your fur baby out for 2-3 breaks during my work day, followed by longer walks after my work days ends. On a typical day, we'll play games, check out the sights and sounds in my neighborhoods, and explore one of the open spaces or parks near my home.
