Kimberly is great! She’s easy to work with and very capable. While there were no issues here, I feel like she could handle anything. I appreciate her timely and good communication style. Thumbs up!

I do not know if I can adequately describe how I feel about Kimberly. She is not "just a sitter on Rover" - Kimberly has become part of our extended family. As with many pet owners, it can be hard to hand over the care of pets to anyone, let alone someone you do not know. That was how I felt when I first reached out to Kimberly. We recently relocated to the greater Seattle area, and one of the hardest parts of the move was finding a new sitter who could live up to the one we had in Canada. I had heard of Rover and, with some deep investigating, found Kimberly. I reached out; she quickly responded, met us in person and answered all our questions. We set off on our trip and received daily updates and photos. I know the updates are a part of the protocol, but Kimberly does it wholeheartedly. Coming home, our fur kids were happy and content, which was a great welcome. That was almost a year ago, and our relationship keeps getting better. We now plan our getaways around Kimberly's schedule as best as we can! Thank you, Kimberly, for the love you show our family and for being a part of ours - we are the lucky ones! Michaella

Kimberly was fantastic house sitting for my 5month old active pup. She definitely got the love and exercise I was hoping for, and Kimberly was great to work with.

Kimberly is so very conscientious and kind. She takes amazing care of my rescued and traumatized toy poodles. She takes care of them as if they were her own. And she functions perfectly in my somewhat chaotic household.
