Wonderful dog sitter ! I came home to a happy dog and I struggle to find people who my dog likes ( pitbull ) he’s a sweetheart but a protective one she left my home cleaner than it was and was very communicative about any questions she had . Will book again

Kimberly did a great job with Chico !! He absolutely enjoyed his self the 3 days he was there she made sure to send pictures everyday. He was having fun at the dog park and with the kids !! I will definitely book with her again in the future , thanks Kim !

I'm giving Kimberly 1 star for giving my dog his food and water. At $55/night (x 10), she's the most expensive dog sitter I've had, and the least caring. It was odd to meet a dog sitter who didn't seem interested in a dog, especially for the $575 she was paid up front! Save yourself from worry while you're away- find someone else. aid she'd send me a pic everyday, but didn't until I asked. Why I'm upset: I've never had to cut out chunks of fur with dried blood (left front leg and left rear leg) and chunks of fur matted with thistle. He was groomed only 2 weeks prior, so no reason at all for him to be in that poor condition He lost a big chunk of hair on his tail, a small fist full! I specifically gave Kimberly instructions to not leave my dog outside in the yard. I said it in my initial request and follow-up message, and when I dropped him off. She verbalized understanding at the time. Kimberly forgot or didn't care. When I picked him up, she said he got dirty from digging in the front yard, and didn't know if she should wash him. What?! One reason I chose Kimberly is bc her Rover account said she had no kids. I'm the 2nd owner of my dog bc he doesn't do well with kids. Kimberly said she had a 4 month old baby, & I said that's fine. But a younger child or toddler was also at the house when I picked up my dog. I sent 2 Rover messages to Kimberly and 1 text message about my dog's condition, but no response. Hence why I'm leaving this poor review. I'm here to protect someone else's dog from neglect.

Kimberly did a great job with all three our pets! Left the house clean, sent updates and kept them all happy! Thank you! Definitely recommend!!
