My daytime job is a teacher. I’ve been teaching (mostly 3rd grade) in Vallejo for over 20 years now. I would like to spend my summers traveling but this summer don’t have any big plans. I’d love to spend my time taking care of, playing with, walking, and enjoying being with dogs who make me so happy!

Currently I am starting out with just offering drop in visits and dog walking. If that changes in the future I have a dog friendly home, fenced in yard, lots of toys, pee pads inside if needed as well as grass outside.

Pet care experience
I am a dog lover like I’m sure most of us on Rover are. I have two dogs myself. Riley my three year-old Pomeranian mix, and Raven my 18 month old toy poodle. I’ve also helped to take care of my mom’s five-year-old Maltese mix Max who has megaesophagus. Normally during the school year I send my dogs to my friend’s house while I’m at work, she and her husband have three dogs of her own. Often she will watch other friend’s dogs as well while they travel. After school I’ll hang out and help her with/play with all the pups.

Kim is the best dog owner I know. She is extremely responsible and pays attention to details. Her dogs are always healthy and happy. When we are out and about together, all the dogs seem to love her.
I highly recommend trying Kim! With Kim close by, your beloved dogs will be completely happy and spoiled. Aside from being an elementary teacher loved by all the kids, Kim also dedicates her school holidays to giving love to my 4 pups ᰔᩚ
Kimberly has been actively involved in caring for my 5 year old special needs Shih Tzu who has megaesophagus. Whether it’s spending the day with Max or giving him a bath, it’s always a positive experience. We walk our dogs together: Max, a Shih Tzu; Riley, a Pomeranian, and Raven, a Poodle. In addition, Kimberly has taught elementary school here in Vallejo for 20 years. She does this lovingly and with tremendous patience.
