A typical day
I love keeping pets both physically and mentally stimulated. Depending on your dog’s energy level, we’ll go on walks, explore new smells, and play games they enjoy. I also like to bring frozen treats (especially in the Florida heat!) for enrichment and cooling down. I always tailor activities to your pet’s personality, whether they’re high energy or prefer a more relaxed pace.

I’m a veterinary technician with hands-on experience from working in a shelter, caring for both dogs and cats of all temperaments. I’ve worked with everything from small breeds to large working dogs, as well as reactive, rescue, and more independent or “grumpy” pets. I’ve also cared for friends’ pets for years and have had dogs my whole life. I’m comfortable with routines, medications if needed, and reading animal behavior to keep your pet safe and stress-free. Happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away.
