Availability
I teach during the week August thru May but can take care of your dog during the weekend, evening walks, and provide a safe and loving home-away-from-home, and my schedule is fairly open so you can enjoy vacation time throughout the summer! My teenage son is homeschooled so he is available to help out as needed throughout the summer!

I have a fenced in yard, 15 year old son, and 5 active male and 1 female dog to keep your fur-baby busy and safe while they're here. I am located within walking distance of a beautiful walking trail around a lake, downtown Bridgeport, the city park, and many sidewalk access neighborhoods.

Let me know if there are any special needs, medicine schedules, dietary restrictions, or behaviors I need to prepare for. Additionally, if there are certain behaviors you would like to encourage/discourage while they're in my care just let me know. I'm happy to support any training you're introducing at home. I'm a teacher at heart.
A typical day
I will match your dog's energy needs. Although my fur babies love to lounge all over the house, there is plenty to do from toys, to catch, walks around the neighborhood and dog park. But if they just want to explore the large fenced back yard and sun on the porch I can accommodate that too!

I have owned dogs of all sizes and breeds. I currently have 4 rescues (whippet/terrier, chihuahua/terrier, lab mix, and Great Dane) and 2 purebred Great Dane puppies that coexist happily on the furniture indoors and love to explore using the doggie door to the fenced in back yard.
