Your pets home away from home

About Me: My love of all animals started at a very young age. Our home always had at least one K-9 family member, and my siblings and I were always asking for more. In addition, I started riding horses at a very young age and continued well into my 20's which I turned into a profession by training horses for many years. I enjoy the outdoors and spend a great deal of time outside with my dogs. My love of animals has led me to enjoy caring for all in need and making this my profession. My husband and I moved to Georgia in July 2013 from California, and are looking forward to meeting new clients and their beloved K-9 family members. You can follow my stories on Instagram (kimberlina6488) to see what your dog can expect if they come to stay with me. About our Home: We live in a gated community that was built in 2007 that is both quiet and safe. We have 3 dogs that are all indoor/outdoor. We have a dog door installed that gives access to our backyard for our animals to go in and out as they please (weather permitting and closed at night) to a fully fenced back yard that is quite large. With several dog beds throughout the house, your dog will have no problem finding a soft place to rest his or her tired paws. With over 20 years experience with all different types of animals. I look forward to meeting you and your dogs. Why I love dog sitting I can't remember a time when dogs were not a part of my life. The last 8 years I've spent much of my time learning and studying dog psychology and behavior. Spending time with dogs is a passion of mine, watching them interact with each other and studying their mannerisms gives me great pleasure. My experience administering medication Yes, I have copious amounts of experience with administering medication. Between my farm animals, 4-H, and my sister being a veterinarian, I can take care of any medications needed. Rover is my full time job. Any dog that is with me for day care or boarding is my main focus, and I am with them 100% of the time. All dogs that are in my care will be respected and treated with the utmost respect and care, and considered part of our family when they are with us.

Fenway had the best time with Kimberly and the pack. She came home tired, fulfilled and happy!

Kimberly is fantastic! She truly cares about you and your pup. She takes the time to get to know your dog, spends the time educating you on their behaviors, gives you honest feedback and truly wants what’s best for them, which means so much to me as dog mom.

Kimberly was terrific. She really got to know and understand our 11 week old puppy. In addition to providing great care, she provided us with good and thoughtful feedback and tips to ensure we raise our guy in the manner he needs.

I can’t imagine leaving our pup with anyone else. Kimberly was attentive to updates and our pup came home exhausted. It was clear in all of the video updates that our dog was having a blast. Couldn’t recommend more, we will bring Jackson back as long as she will have him.

Can I leave 10 stars? 🙂 Kimberly is wonderful. We have loved having her board our large dog over the past 5+(!) years. Going to Kimberly’s house is always a special vacation for Ponce. This time was no different—Ponce was exceptionally well cared for and came home a happy and tired dog. Kimberly’s communication is excellent with messages, photos, and videos. We especially appreciate the extra care and attention that Kimberly took with Ponce in managing breaks/rest from play now that she is a more ‘mature’ dog. Thank you!!

A typical day

All dogs that board or attend day care can expect to spend the day 8 am- 6pm outside playing and socializing with the other dogs. Your dog will also have opportunities to take pack walks with me and a few other dogs in and around our neighborhood. This is my full time job, ensuring that any dog in my care is well cared for, given plenty of exercise, and a safe is my priority.

No breed preferences, all are welcome. I do as that dogs be comfortable spending time in a crate. All new client dogs will spend the over night hours in a crate.
