I am a remote employee for a tech company and have a very flexible schedule. I work out of a clean room with a lovely patio off from it that overlooks the backyard. Because of my work schedule, I’m flexible to look after pets with differing needs, walk schedules etc.

Safety, trust & environment
I don’t have any pets or young children in my home, so visiting or boarding pets get my full attention in a calm, quiet environment. My top priority is making sure each pet is safe, healthy, and comfortable. When pets stay with me, I stick closely to their usual routine—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, or administering any medications. I know how important consistency is, especially when they're in a new environment. I’m communicative and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

Information Kimberly D. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful to know about the overall temperament of the pet and any possible issues (anxiety, eating, interactions with other pets etc) in order to provide the best possible care.
A typical day
I love long walks, especially early in the morning. I'm very active and would enjoy frisbee, catch, or a few mile run if the dog needs to burn some energy. There would also be lots of snuggles.

Former pet foster turned babysitter
Pet care experience
Five years ago, I started fostering dogs and quickly realized how much I enjoyed it. Since then, I've fostered many dogs (and some cats and bunnies!) with completely different personalities and needs, which has taught me a lot about patience and adaptability. Many of my fosters arrived with little to no training, so I've spent a lot of time working on basic obedience—things that make a real difference in helping them get adopted. Building trust with a new dog, especially one that's been through a rough time, takes patience, but it's one of the most rewarding parts of the work. I work from home, so I know how hard it can be to find someone reliable to care for your pet. I'm responsive and communicative, and my goal is simple: make sure your dog is well cared for and you don't have to worry while you're away. My neighborhood is suburban with good walking routes, which dogs seem to appreciate.
Reviews

Kimberly is so sweet with my kitty, Stella. Stella settled into her home quickly and comfortably. I quickly booked her services again for another trip I am going on!

Kimberly was great! She was responsive and thoughtful and took excellent care of our dog. We would definitely use her again and recommend to others!

Excellent as always! We highly recommend Kimberly. She’s great with our dog - gentle, kind. She’s also good at communicating with us during our dog’s stay.

Our dog loves to visit Kimberly! Our dog is always very relaxed, happy, and has obviously been well taken care of every time we pick her up. Kimberly has been very accommodating to our schedule. We highly recommend her.
