Information Kimberlie C. would like to know about your pet

All dogs must be crate trained for afternoon rest time. I have experience with puppies, dogs with separation anxiety, reactivity and high energy working breeds. Let me know your dog’s specific needs and I’ll let you know if we’re a good fit.

A typical day

I like to start the day with exercise for me and the dog(s). Late morning and early afternoon are rest times while I work from home, followed by enrichment in the afternoon (scent work, basic training, problem solving, free sniff time). Evenings, we eat, play outside and wind down.

A fulfilled dog is a happy dog

Pet care experience

✨ Every dog deserves to end the day happy, comfortable, and content. Whether you’re at work and need peace of mind or heading out on a guilt-free vacation, your dog will enjoy their own adventure-filled “vacation” too! 🙋‍♀️ I am a full time work from home engineer with a flexible schedule. My husband and I own our two-story home on 4 acres of property. We have access to trails right out our backyard! ☺️ Puppies will build confidence through socialization and routines that promote self-regulation. Energetic adolescents can channel their energy into exercise and obedience. Seniors receive gentle care, relaxation, and plenty of time to sniff and explore. ☀️ Adventures may include swimming, running, biking, neighborhood walks, or discovering new places. Social dogs can enjoy time with other friendly pups, while those who prefer their own space will have one-on-one attention and activities. 🥱 Each day, every boarding and daycare dog will have enrichment time as well as decompression time in a crate. This balance will ensure you’ll come home to a calm, happy, and fulfilled best friend. 📸 Each session would be customized to meet your dog’s unique needs. I provide daily photos and a daily summary of our adventures. 🐕 Looking for training tips? Check out my Etsy shop Feed the Good Wolf for printable resources on dog ownership and basic training.

Would not recommend. The sitter wasn’t transparent about having other pets in the home and told me she didn’t think it was relevant to disclose. The final cost ended up much higher than expected because of added fees. When I had to end the booking after only a few hours, there was essentially no flexibility on the refund. Instead of considering the circumstances, I was told the policy exists to protect the provider’s finances. Overall, I found the experience overpriced, inflexible, and lacking transparency.

We were so grateful to find last-minute daycare for our 5-month-old puppy, who has been struggling with separation anxiety. We didn’t want to leave him home alone while we were out for a few hours, and she was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable about his needs. He had the best day playing with new friends and even went on a 2.5-mile walk through the snowy woods! He came home happy, relaxed, and sleepy! We’re so thankful for the care and attention Kimberlie gave him and look forward to booking with her again for future stays. 😊
