Hello, I’m Kimberley! As a long-time pet owner and animal shelter volenteer, I love watching and caring for animals. At a comparable cost to stressful/cement kennel boarding facilities, I offer private & cozy care for your beloved family member where they can snooze on the sofa and soft blankets instead. Dogs are often treated to special outings throughout their stay, including visits to the pet store for a treat or chew, the dog café for a doggy ice cream, or the local Starbucks for a Puppuccino. I also offer a quite home environment perfect for cat boarding, and provide stimulating puzzles, tunnels, and toys to keep your feline happy and engaged. I have a small 10 lb dogs who is friendly with dogs and cats of all sizes. I provide quality images of your pet throughout their stay, along with updates on your pets activities, behaviours and overall happiness while being boarded. Please note I work full-time and cannot offer services outside of weekend and holidays unless your animal is comfortable with being alone for approx. 8 hours. For this reason, I cannot provide services for dogs with separation anxiety. About Me: As a young teen I started volunteering with the SPCA's youth program. I spent 6 years with this program-- caring for animals, grooming, delivering workshops and training new helpers. When the program ended, I worked with a variety of other shelters including a rabbit rescue, a cat sanctuary and a wildlife rehabilitation center. I also delivered animal care workshops to after-school programs. I currently foster kittens for a local organization and have lots of experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes.
