I’ve always had two or more animals in my home, so caring for pets has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember! I’ve had our oldest dog since 2019, and my youngest dog since 2022, when we brought him home at just 10 weeks old. We also welcomed our cat in 2024 when he was 22 weeks old! We are pretty obsessed with them as you can probably tell 🐶🤎 I’ve pet sat for multiple families, friends, and relatives, and have even been recommended to extended family members. My pet-sitting experience has included feedings, walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure pets feel happy and comfortable while their people are away. I know how hard it is to leave your animals behind for, not only you but for them, so my goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and happy! I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I got to care for and spend time with animals who were waiting for their forever homes. It gave me the opportunity to work with animals outside of my own home and learn how different each pet can be. I’ve also raised a puppy myself and have worked with many different breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m happy to follow each pet’s individual routine and give them the patience, attention, and care they’re used to. They are our babies so we treat them as such!!

Schedule
The perks of being a stay at home wife is that I get to spend all day with my precious animals! What that means for you is that my availability is pretty open! Just shoot me a message and we should be able to make it work!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority, whether they’re staying in my home or I’m coming to theirs! I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone, and I want you to have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. For pets staying with me, I keep a calm, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment where they can relax, play, and get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m currently home most of the time, so your pup won’t be spending their stay alone for long periods of time. I only host one guest dog at a time so I can give them plenty of individual attention. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m respectful of your home and your pet’s routine. I’ll follow your instructions, keep a close eye on your pet, and make sure they’re safe and comfortable throughout our time together. I’m also big on communication and will keep you updated with photos and little updates while you’re away. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m stopping by to care for them, my goal is the same: for them to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. 🐾🤎

A typical day
We absolutely love morning and late evening walks (this heat is no joke! 🥵) After our walks we always get a treat as soon as we get inside (our dogs are accustomed to it and just wait for me - straight spoiled)! We love tug a war and fetch in this house and can spend A LOT of time doing that together! But if we aren’t feeling that we have lots of other toys! And if we aren’t feeling like playing we cuddle! And our couch is open for all and trust our dogs use it like it’s their own personal bed and we absolutely love it! We have plenty of beds too! I am a dog bed enthusiast 😭 We have a dog park literally right across from our house that we spend lots of time at too and sometimes meet other friends (but only when everyone is comfortable with it!) They get lots of treats during the day and I love to do homemade enrichment treats for them. We have a small fenced in front yard mostly used for potty breaks and sunbathing! Our front door has a magnetic screen so when we can keep our front door open our dogs are able to come and go as they please. Yours will have that option too! We love our porch dates!

- We have two dogs and a cat in our home, so this is something I like to talk about before your pet stays with us! Our cat is a little sweetheart and weighs less than 10 pounds, but he is also very shy and easily scared. Our oldest dog has made a lot of progress with her reactivity toward people and is great with other animals, but because we want everyone to be safe and comfortable, she stays with family anytime we have another dog staying in our home. She honestly loves her little visits with them! Our youngest dog is the social one of the family and absolutely loves everyone, so he’ll be the one keeping your pup company. Because every pet is different, I’d love to know as much as possible about yours, especially if they’ll be staying with me. Are there things that scare them, like thunderstorms or fireworks? Are they reactive or aggressive toward people or other animals? Do they have any allergies or medications? What is their normal routine like? And, for boarding, I’ll also need to know that they are up to date on their vaccines. Please tell me anything you think would help me understand your pet better! You know them best, and those little details help me make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while they’re with me.
