I have a passion for rehabilitating dogs and taking care of special needs puppies and older dogs. I've owned all shapes and sizes of dogs in my life, from Chinese Cresteds to Dobermans and in between. I have worked regularly with show dogs, and assisting at AKC and UKC shows. I have experience with different foods, including raw feedings, as well as medications (oral, eye drops, and injections). On walks we reinforce leash skills and can work on basic obedience training as well. Dogs are the best people, and I understand how agonizing it can be to leave your fur kid. I will make sure they are as comfortable and pampered as possible. In-home boarding will ensure your pet is looked after like one of the family. My dog, Emmie, gets along well with other dogs around the same size and activity level. We go on daily walks or hikes, play, and do regular grooming.

My goal is to ensure your pet is comfortable and happy while you’re away, so information on their routines and needs are important! Pets will be under supervision while outside and walks are only done on-lead for your pet’s safety.

My husband and I are the most anxious pet parents, but leaving our dog with Kimberlee was the best choice. She was so responsive and made sure we got multiple updates and pictures daily while we were away. Our dog seemed like she loved her time with Kimberlee and we were grateful for the peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of. Kimberlee did great with our dogs! She communicated daily with pictures and our dogs seemed so happy when we came home. She also bathed our dogs when they had a run in with a skunk! That was absolutely over and beyond what we expected! Kimberlee gets a hundred stars and we will certainly be calling her again.

Schedule
I work part time and can accommodate requests and visits throughout the day. Weekends are generally spent enjoying the outdoors and I love taking pets along.

- A Meet and Greet is essential for getting to know you and your pets - whether I am watching them in my home or staying at yours. Because of this, for Dog Boarding Meet and Greets I do request your children (the non-fur ones) stay at home in order to have a successful Meet and Greet. How often does your pup enjoy walks, what commands do you want to reinforce, and what would make your pup's time away from you a little more comfortable? Do they have separation anxiety? Also, what are some behaviors/quirks of your pup?
