Kim is wonderful reliable and truly good with animals

Kim cat sit for my 2 cats while I was on vacation. Her fees were quite reasonable. She did all I asked to take care of my kitties, and went the extra step of cleaning up after they vomited. She expressed some concern regarding this and my cats health, as it was a few days running. It was likely caused by some factors that were out of her control (e.g., eating dried out wet food that probably wasn't good anymore). One cat is prone to throwing up - she will go weeks without throwing up, and then throw up daily (sometimes multiple times a day) for a few days. Due to an injury, I returned home earlier than expected. Kim helped get a partial refund from Rover for the days that went unused. Overall, I was quite happy with Kim. I took away one star, as it appears she forgot to give them fresh water on the last day.

Kim was wonderful. Sawyer seemed in great hands! She communicated clearly and took care of everything with thoroughness and a smile. I would recommend her highly.

My dog warmed right up to Kim and her Chris upon meeting them. Kim was very understanding of my dog's quirks and needs. She was quick to post pictures and kept me informed of how K2 was doing. I felt very comfortable having Kim watch my dog and will definitely use her in the future.

Kim was fantastic. My dog warmed to her immediately and she was on time and sent updates so that I didn't have to worry. Highly recommend!

I don’t trust many people with my senior dog, Tate. He was very abused before we rescued him. He’s rather nervous and most people don’t want to be bothered with his specific needs. Kim is one of a handful of people that I trust will do exactly what is needed. Kim also looked after my mother and mom’s cats up until mom’s passing. Kim is always kind and patient. She is good with high energy animals, special needs animals, and she’s the kind of person that always follows the little details that people ask of her. I could also tell by Kim’s interactions with her own animals that she not only loves them, but the animals all adore her as well. Animals have the wonderful ability of judging people and knowing who truly cares for them. If you need someone to help you and your animals out please consider Kim. You won’t find anyone kinder, more loving, or dependable.
