I work full-time M-F, but I only work mornings on Fridays. I am almost always open on weekends. I make time to walk the dogs - and when it's nice enough, go on a picnic with the dogs - everyday during lunchtime and after work.

I do keep my dog and other dogs separated while I am not home. I will do whatever is most comfortable for you when I am home - whether you'd like them to meet or stay separated. I'll still make time to ensure they go on walks through the day! I have never had any problems with having two dogs at the home whether separated or together.

Information Kim E. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog needs help with learning manners - I love helping the dogs who need some extra guidance! I would love to work with, and love on, any animal, but I do have the most experience with dogs.
A typical day
Love to go on walks and picnics if the weather is nice! I also love helping the dogs work for treats and teaching them new commands/boundaries! Depending on the needs of your dog, we can work on: giving humans space when eating, not jumping on people, constant and overreactive barking, sit, down, stay, along with the "find it" game, learning to "leave it", and "drop it"! Of course, it requires consistency and repetition, so let me know if you're interested in learning more to apply these skills at home!

Love to teach your dog good manners
Pet care experience
I love dogs - especially those who may need some help with good manners! My love for these dogs in particular started with my own lab pit mix who was, at the time, the most human and dog aggressive dog I, and two other trainers, have ever met. After finally finding a great trainer in Overland Park, my dog is now one of the most well-behaved at my complex! She trusts me to lead and I trust her to listen. All the trainers said I'm a natural dog trainer. So, when you leave your dog with me, I'll be teaching your dog some basics of training! (If you are okay with that!)

She's amazing!

She seems like a very sweet, caring gal. I'm grateful she was able to take my foster dog on short notice. I was having a hard time finding a rover to sit this dog, who isn't well socialized nor trained, but she stepped up happy to help with training while in her care. She sent plenty of updates and even found a little something at a garage sale for the dog. After saving this dog from the euthanasia list, I'm glad to see someone else care about her success.
For as long as I have known Kim, she has been great with caring and loving for animals of all sorts. She has a dog that was aggressive but she was able to train her and now her dog is a lot more loving. I believe Kim would be a great candidate in this position
