Home from Home for little and large!
We had dogs for over 19 years. Reared litters and trained almost the impossible! Since losing our labradors we have helped friends and families with their pet care needs and this seems like an amazing opportunity for us before bringing a new member of our family. We love reptiles, fluff balls,creepy crawlies and everything in between. Home from home for all pets but we do have certain rules we have our pets live by We also work for local charity dog shelter and have their family friendly dogs come have a day in our home to get out of the shelter.

Wilf had a great time with his new best friend Kim and her family. Kim sent regular updates on how Wilf was settling in which was extremely reassuring for us as Wilf had not stayed away with anyone other than family previously. We highly recommend and will be asking Kim to look after Wilf again.
The dogs loved being at Kim's. Kim kept us updated with photos throughout the day. Will definitely use Kim again.
Kim and her lovely family were brilliant with our 2 dogs. She looked after them so well that they didn’t want to come home. We would definitely leave our dogs with Kim again she was wonderful x
Absolutely fantastic! Cannot recommend highly enough, not only a lovely family, but a warm and reassuring welcome for both my pub Charlie and also me during a quick meet and greet prior to looking after him for us! Charlie has quite obviously had a fantastic day, and is utterly exhausted from all the fun as has been flat out sleeping since we collected! Thankyou again

Schedule
Both my husband and I are self employed. I'm a childminder and have children come into our home for love and learning. Been teaching and childminding for 2 decades. My husband is a driving instructor and has a lot of free hours in his schedules for walkies.

Safety, trust & environment
We are a detached home with a large secure fenced garden. We back onto a nature reserve and woods as well as a quick walk to the canal and local dog park. We love short plods and long circular woods. Fire for snuggly evening at home. Its a dogs life really! We have 2 children who have grown up around animals. My daughter is 11 and works on a farm on weekends helping with the animals and adores anything fluffy My son is 8 and has a patience for training , game and cuddles. Both have grown up with animals around them.
A typical day
We have a wonderful large backyard for games and playing. We back onto a nature reserve with fields and streams. As well as a lovely wooded area for sniffs and exploring. We love to walk and explore and end our days snuggled on the sofa.
