For over 17 years, I’ve been loving and caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—from tiny lap companions to giant breeds, and wiggly puppies to seniors and special needs pups. Over the years, I’ve learned how important patience, empathy, attentiveness, and enrichment are in providing good care and keeping dogs happy. I adapt to each dog’s personality, energy level, and routine so they feel secure and cared for. Friends and family have trusted me for years to provide safe, reliable care. I’m also happy to offer gentle brushing and basic baths for cooperative pups.

Not only did she ensure all the basic needs were met, she made special accommodations so that Belle would be most comfortable in the new environment. Kim was fantastic! She came by before my shift to meet my dog and took the time to ask all the right questions about his care and routine. She was very thorough and made sure she understood everything from feeding to walking habits. During the walk, she kept me updated with thoughtful messages and sent plenty of great pictures so I knew he was happy and safe. My pup warmed up to her right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was at work. I was really impressed with her professionalism and genuine care, and I’ll definitely be booking her regularly in the future. Highly recommend!

I’m home full-time, so your dog will have plenty of companionship and care throughout the day. I’m mostly a homebody, only leaving for short errands or appointments, which means your pup will rarely be alone. I can stick to a regular feeding, potty, and activity routine, or follow any schedule you already have in place. My flexibility allows me to adapt easily to your dog’s needs, whether they enjoy a structured day or a more relaxed pace.

We live in a fairly large 3-story home on 9 acres in Dahlonega, GA, with plenty of space for dogs to safely explore. While the yard isn’t fenced yet, I use shaded tie-outs with water bowls and . Fencing is planned for this fall or early winter. We’re a pet-loving household of three adults (no kids), with the other two working from home most of the time—so dogs are rarely alone. Our home includes a friendly, spayed, 3-year-old lab mix who plays well with others, plus three cats (two indoor, one indoor/outdoor), all current on vaccinations. Our family tends to spend a lot of time outside, working on projects around the property--as long as it's suitable, your pup will be invited along to hang out and explore (walking with me secured by a leash, or we'll find a safe spot for a tie-out). If I need to leave home for a while, I can crate your dog or let them rest on the back porch. For pups who enjoy car rides, I’m happy to take them to pet-friendly spots like downtown Dahlonega, local trails, or dog-welcoming stores. Indoors or out, I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved.
A typical day
A day here is all about fresh air, fun, and plenty of attention. We might start with a morning potty break and some ball games using my Chuck-It wands and tennis balls. Throughout the day, we’ll take walks around the property to explore the sights, sounds, and smells, with time for sniffing and stretching legs. Weather permitting, we’ll spend time in shaded areas outside for play and relaxation, and head indoors for snuggles and downtime. Every dog’s day is shaped around their energy level—whether that’s active play or peaceful companionship.
