Hello and welcome 🐾 You can see more pictures on my business FB *Kimistry Petsitting and Petcare* How I run my petsitting business and then a long blurb about me: *Drop-ins* Some petsitters charge per animal for the same amount of time in care. I charge for my time, so as long as I can care properly for everyone in 30 minutes then the fee is the same. As for cats, I only charge extra when there are 4 or more litter boxes. For this reason I have cats as an extra add on, but I remove it if there's not a reason for it. I've been using Rover to offer petsitting for 8 years now (since 2018). This has been my hobby and side hustle since becoming a stay-at-home parent. Prior to becoming that I have always had a passion for anything that involved animals, so naturally I worked in animal centered businesses, and you probably guessed it, my dream job would to be a veterinarian. Sometimes I wonder if it's too late 🥹 I have over 10 years of professional experience working with dogs, and cats. I was a personal dog nanny for 8 years, a vet assistant at 2 vet hospitals (I dealt with assisting in the exam room as well as hanging out in surgeries), and a doggie daycare. I have very little fear of dogs and lots of exerperience with multiple breeds and sizes. I have cared for several friend's dogs of all sizes, and have fostered several dogs over the years. I have well over 20 years of personal experience with animals as I've always been an avid animal lover. We are a military family, and reside in Raeford. We will be here for a long time! Which makes me very happy to be able to set down roots. Thank you for your time and I hope to meet you and your pets ❤️

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is a number 1 priority. All pets are monitored outside to ensure animals stay safe and contained. When boarding at my home dogs are on leashes when going outdoors until I know they're comfortable and not going to try to leave the fence on me. I have a 6ft privacy fence, and it is secure, however I don't take for granted that some dogs can climb or dig if scared. Collars are always checked as well prior to walks to ensure safety. If I feel the collar is too loose, I will use a slip leash.

Kim is the absolute best!! My pups, especially my Robin, is not a fan of most people. My Samson has had so much inconsistency in his short life that I was worried how he would respond to a stranger. She won my boys over, took such great care of them, send me so many photos and updates. The first night that I got home from work, I almost felt like they were both like “ugh, it’s just mom.” If you’re looking for a caregiver who your doggies will love, has excellent communication and will put your dog momma heart at ease, she’s your gal!!
Kim was communicative and punctual. She kept me informed my entire trip and sent lots of photos. 10/10 would recommend to family and close friends. It’s evident she cares.

Schedule
Rover is my only job, and I'm home majority of the day. For in-home boarding of dogs can be let out as often as they need.
