Kiersten is wonderful! She arrived right on time, took my two dogs for productive walks, fed them and took/sent adorable pictures!

I am astounded by the previous 5 star reviews. Prior to leaving this review I reached out to Kiersten and asked if this weekend was typical. I didn't know if she had a family emergency, was sick, or had a legitimate reason to spend so little time with our dogs. After 3 days she finally responded that we had different expectations, no explanation. She came to our house and met us and the dogs. My husband told her (as required by law) that we have cameras at the doors and back yard. There are 3 signs posted as well. I created a detailed sheet with all information which has worked for all other pet sitters in the past 10 years (we moved from TX or would have kept the same sitter) As noted on the date and time stamped cameras, she left the dogs alone for more than 6 hours. Came back to let them outside for 5 minutes. Snapped pics and sent them to us with the caption "enjoying the beautiful weather" then put them in the house and left for another 5.5 hours. Came back, fed them, let them out - 20 total minutes before she left again. The dogs were outside for 25 total minutes on day one. On day two I sent a text asking if she was planning to walk them as it was 5:38 pm and they had been outside less than 20 minutes that entire day. She went to the house, put leashes on, snapped a pic and returned. Start to finish 4 minutes. At 7pm (booking end time) she went to the house, so as to appear on camera, but never even went inside. The dogs were barking at the door and she just drove away. She must have forgotten that we have cameras. Without them, I would have seen the leash pics and back deck pics and thought our dogs were cared for. They were neglected and I am horrified.

Kiersten went above and beyond when taking care of my dogs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much!
