I grew up with a collie as a kid and lived with a lab for for a few years as well. For years my friends have relied on me to watch their pups while they’re out of town. These days I am a proud pandemic foster fail dog mom to Marty. I have volunteered with Best Friends for years, doing weekend fostering as well as some work at their Mission Hills location. I understand how to teach the basic commands so if you’re in the process of teaching your pup anything, I’m happy to keep the process moving forward during the day. I’m work from home so I’ll have plenty of time to play and walk your pup. I typically walk my pup when I wake up between 7-8a, between 12-1, 5-6p and then a quick out before bed around 10p. Our neighborhood is super dog friendly and our walks are quiet and pleasant. One of those walks is typically at least a mile. Sometimes we will go to the Laurel Canyon or Sepulveda Basin dog park. Please let me know if you have any preferences regarding dog parks and travel to and from. I have a 7 year old chihuahua mix who loves a good playmate! Hopefully by the end of the day, we’ll both have tired pups! I also have a small (unused) crate if you’d like me to use that per your instructions. I allow dogs on my furniture but not in my bed to sleep.

Dogs get the full run of the apartment but I have a crate and gates if your dog needs to be kept separate for any reason.

Kieran and her pal Marty seemed to be a pawfect match for our beagle, Sully. Kieran was very warm and welcoming and gave Sully a happy place to hang while we were out for the day with family. Her location was conveniently close by, and Kieran was easy to contact and communicate with during the day. We appreciated the photos of Sully and a special meet up with Marty for my grand daughter. I know our girl Sully enjoyed getting a walk in as well. We will definitely call on Kieran again when we are back in CA. Thank you for making our get away a little less worrisome knowing Sully was safe and comfortable.
We love Kieran and Marty! Kieran is always a great communicator and so sweet. Our dog is always in great hands & we always feel as ease when Kieran is taking care of our sweet Houdini. ❤️
Kieran was wonderful from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, she’s so nice, and we loved receiving video updates! Our dog had a blast with her dog Marty! It made leaving our dog so much easier knowing he was in great hands. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Kieran came through when I was in a pinch, meeting me after hours so our dogs could meet. She sent photos throughout the day and ensured me that while Ollie was whining, he was doing alright. Would book again!
Kieran is one of the kindest and most patient sitters I’ve met. She took incredible care of my dog and helped me understand his behavioral changes when he’s away from me. It wasn’t just dogsitting, it was a learning experience for Louie and me!! Thank you Kieran!!!

Schedule
I am used to walking my dog 3 times per day and also able to take dogs outside for quick pees anytime. I am a homebody but I may go out for errands or a meal 1-2x per week.
