My schedule is flexible currently. I recently moved back home to San Diego and have plenty of availability. I do have two large dogs of my own as well as a cat and will need to take care of them as well if house-sitting.

I can co-exist from a distance or offer lots of snuggles and playtime depending on your pets preferences. I can provide baths and maintain training if you're working on house training or pulling while walking.

A typical day
Playing with their favorite toy at home, snuggle time, long walks/jogs around the area, if there's a park or somewhere they enjoy in their area I'm more than happy to take them there as well.

Pet care experience
I've had a variety of pets since I was little. I understand animals' body language and am well-adverse to many unique pet personalities and behaviors. I have experience working with reactive dogs, hyper-activity, Deaf and blind animals (my dog is Deaf and knows sign language!), medication and illness with pets, and more. I'm also understanding of different needs or specific routines to be followed for pets to feel comfortable. Whether your pup needs a walk and the bearded dragon needs to be fed, or the cat needs a clean litter box and the fish tank needs a skim, I'm here for you and all your fur (or scale) babies!

This was my first experience with Rover. We did not meet Kiera ahead of time and it felt strange dropping off my dog to a stranger for 5 days. Kiera was so sweet and send me a picture and a message that said, I know this feels strange but I promise he is in good hands. She sent a few pictures along the way and that was terrific!! Kiera is a dedicated and truly caring person. She has an immense passion for animal care, no matter what species. Having the opportunity to care for, play, and bond with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities would be perfect. She's very diligent and has a huge work ethic. You can definitely count on her!
