Responsible and caring dog lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience raising and caring for my own German Shepherd since I was 9. Now almost 20, I’ve developed a deep understanding of dog behavior, routines, and what it takes to keep pups happy and healthy. I’m dependable, patient, and truly enjoy spending time with animals—whether it’s a fun walk, some playtime, or just being a calm, friendly presence. I treat every dog like they’re my own and always aim to make them feel safe, loved, and well-cared for.

Safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are always my top priorities when caring for pets—whether in my home or my client’s. I take time to get to know each dog’s personality, preferences, and routines so they feel secure and at ease. I make sure they have plenty of fresh water, comfortable resting spots, and a peaceful environment free from hazards or stress. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow your instructions closely to keep their routine consistent and familiar. I always respect your space, treat it like my own, and give lots of love and attention to your furry family member. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just good company, I’m always focused on creating a positive, trusting relationship with both pets and their people.

We have an older German shepherd dog who loves people and his walks. Kiela was an excellent dog sitter for us. It is clear she loves animals and was so excited to dog sit. Shepherds are good judges of character and we could tell our dog absolutely loved Kiela from their first meeting. She was responsible, made sure to feed and walk him while we were on vacation and always showed up when she was scheduled to. We have Security cameras and could tell our dog was so excited to see her every day. I highly recommend Kiela and she will be my first choice any time I need a dog walker or sitter.

I have a completely open and flexible schedule this summer, as I’m taking online classes. I’m available for daily walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting—morning, afternoon, or evening. Happy to work around your dog’s routine and needs!
