I regret writing this since I do not typically write negative reviews. But we were very disappointed with Kieanji’s service especially after she gave such a great presentation of how she would be with our cat, Indy and asked many great questions at the pre-visit. We gave specific & simple instructions on Indy’s routine / care and nothing was actually followed. Feedings / Housesitting: We let Kieanji know prior that Indy needs plenty of attention & is struggling with stress. We needed someone with her for most hours of the day & to stay during the night. This is why we booked house sitting. Kieanji agreed to this prior to booking but then stepped out for long periods of the day & entirely miss our cats feed times. She was gone for 4-5hr stretches for more than 8hrs+ per day, every day. She did not stay overnight for 3 of the 8 nights she was supposed to stay. She would then get back in late the following mornings. Either Indy was left on her own the whole day or was fed at entirely incorrect times. Communication Kieanji arrived an hour late to the agreed upon start time & then stepped back out immediately upon arrival. Communication & updates were pretty much non existent with only myself reaching out for updates & sending reminders about the importance of Indy’s feed schedule. The reminder texts on feed times were ignored. 4 days into our 8 day trip, Kieanji started sending some updates but they were not consistent. She never once communicated if she was not staying overnight / when leaving for long periods of time or missing meal times. Overall: With the late and missed feedings & Kieanji not very present, we fear that Indy was more stressed during Kieanji’s stay than before. Indy is a very social cat - she warms up to sitters / strangers immediately so we found it odd that she did not come out / stayed hidden much of the time that Kieanji was there. This made our entire vacation honestly very stressful and we will not be booking with Kieanji again.

Kieanji is a great dogsitter! She was very patient with my anxious dog, asked good questions to help him feel comfortable, sent pictures, and was very responsive. Both times she dogsat my dog she arrived on time and tidied up before she left. Would definitely recommend! Kieanji!

Kieanji house-sat for us for 16 days and did a wonderful job looking after our home and our cats, one of which requires daily insulin shots. She sent great photo updates and left our home neat and tidy!

Kieanji was great dogsitting for my little rescue dog, Fufu! I had a work trip and we were able to plan far in advance for her to meet Fufu and a separate meet up for her to see my place. She asked many good questions about Fufu's routine to make sure Fufu and I were comfortable. The day of travel she arrived right on time. She communicated consistently and sent pictures daily. I really appreciated her easy going nature too, helps a lot with an anxious dog :). This was my first time using Rover or a dog sitter and I'd choose Kieanji again and again!

Kieanji was wonderful once again. She’s dependable, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. I always feel confident leaving my home and pet in her care and appreciate her reliability, especially over the holidays. Highly recommend.

Kieanji was flexible in extending our booking. Kieanji’s accommodation allowed me to spend more time with family over the holidays, while remaining reassured that my pet was cared for! Kieanji is incredibly personable, caring, responsive, and responsible. We are so glad to have found her!
