Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they stay on their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll provide fresh food and water, clean up after them, and give them the love and attention they’re used to. For dogs, that means plenty of walks, playtime, and belly rubs to keep them happy and exercised. For cats, that could be play with their favorite toys, brushing, or just quiet company for more independent kitties. I always take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs—whether it’s an energetic pup who loves adventure or a shy cat who just needs gentle care. I’ll keep food and litter/walk areas tidy, follow your instructions closely, and keep an eye out for any changes in behavior or health. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pets are safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

She kept changing the time on me. I’m at work and had to agree on her time. The 3 nights I requested was not the time we agreed upon. Very unreliable
Kiara was amazing with my cat, Ekko, and I’m so grateful for the care she provided. From our first meet and greet I could tell she had a natural way with him. She got his attention right away and started playing with him, which made me feel confident about leaving him in her care. While I was away, she was always punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with. She sent detailed updates and plenty of photos, and her notes showed she was really paying attention to him. I always knew how he was eating, how he was playing, and what his mood was like, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ekko clearly bonded with her. He warmed up quickly and it was clear she understood how to give him the affection he loves while also keeping up with his playful side. I also appreciated her flexibility. She was willing to adjust her visits when needed to make sure Ekko got enough attention, and she was respectful of my home so everything was in good order when I returned. Overall, Kiara went above and beyond. She is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares for the animals she looks after. She gave Ekko the love and attention I hope for in a sitter, and gave me complete peace of mind. I would absolutely book her again and recommend her to anyone who wants a sitter who will treat their pets with real care and kindness.
Kiara was diligent and an excellent commucator. Maggie loved her! Normally she is anxious when left alone, but she warmed up to Kiara immediately.
Kiara was such a great sitter for Snoopy and Oni taking them out on walks while we were away . She was available last minute and made sure they were both taken care of. Would highly recommend!
