Availability
I currently work flexible part-time at night where I’m gone for 5-6 hours. My availability is useful and unique if you work during the day. This does not restrict me from effectively petsitting while you are away. On my days off, your dog and/or cat will have my full attention and service. Because of my schedule, I CANNOT do long term recurring walks or drop-ins unless the time of walk/visit doesn’t matter. Overnight stays are guaranteed!

I'd like to know how long your dog can be in the house alone if I would need to leave. Are there areas in the house where they can cause trouble? Were there any violent history? What are their fears and dislikes? What hospital or vet I should go to in an emergency?
A typical day
When given permission, I can walk around the neighborhood you live in or a nearby neighborhood, and I'll give them those extra few minutes they want during the walks. If there's a walkable and dog-friendly area, I'd love to take them there, too. I can also play with hyper or chill indoor dog within the comforts of their homes. I am happy use my car as a pet taxi and bathing for a fee if needed. I provide dog seatbelts but don’t provide a cat carrier.

Pet care experience
I have been caring and walking my friend’s dog for a few years now. Because of that, I plan to use Rover to build my pet care career. I can’t use my own home to board pets (not yet), but I’m willing to help out in your pet’s familiar environment.

Kiara was great dropping in on my shy cat, Oreo, while I was out of town. She communicated frequently and took many photos. Oreo got more comfortable with her by the last day!

Kiara provided an excellent and thorough dog and house sitting service for six days. She sent detailed check-ins and lots of photos, which left me confident that my home and dogs were in good hands. She managed their medication maintenance and separation anxiety as well as yard clean-up, mail check, and a little garden watering. I returned home to a clean house, a clean yard, and content dogs!
Kiara is so good to us! She over communicates, documents all aspects of the drop ins and goes above and beyond to make sure your fur baby is taken care of. So grateful to have her as Saige’s dog sitter!
