Caring 4 yours as if they were mine
I've grown up with pets (i.e. dog, cat, hamster, bird) for most of my life. I had a rescue family dog for over 10 years and my own pet cat for 3 years yrs before moving to CA. I've pet say for over 30 dogs and more cats than I can count, along with occasional reptiles, rodents and even chickens. I know how to read animals and build their trust so that they feel safe and loved.

My cat is quite a shy cat with a very picky attitude towards people. He loved Kiara the moment he saw her at the initial meet and greet, and he also settled in very quickly at her place. Kiara would send me pictures of my cat every evening. I would highly recommend boarding at Kiara‘s place. I know that I would have no problems dropping my cat off with her again.
Spartan really loves being watched by Kiara. He is always excited, she sends wonderful photos while I am traveling, and when I get back he is always wagging his tail. I highly recommend Kiara! She is dependable, dedicated, and flexible when needed. Thank you!

Schedule
I'm a social worker for my day job and I enjoy being able to care for pets part-time as well. I live walking distance from Lake Merritt, which is perfect for walks. I'm very responsible and I love taking pet pictures, so you can be sure to get as many updates from me as you'd like.

A typical day
I can't wait to have your dog join me on walks/runs by the lake. If caring for your dog on weekends, I'd love to take them on my weekend hikes too. If you have only cats, I'm happy to give them the time and attention they enjoy and feel safe around.
