hi i'm kiara !
I have had pets all my life and I absolutely love caring for them, playing with them, all of it. I've had lots of experience with cats and dogs of all sizes and activity levels. (i grew up with 2 pugs and have my own cat as well as a german puppy and 2-year-old rescue mutt at home) I am punctual and a very caring and patient person. I'd love to spend my life working with animals and I feel like this could be a good start for me ! my availability is super flexible so if need be we can figure out a schedule that works for both of us and fits well into our busy lives ! I look forward to meeting you and your wonderful pets !

I'm unfortunately not able to care for pets in my own home but I am willing to make any accommodations for your pet(s), big or small as I have worked with a variety of animals with a variety of needs/temperaments.

Kiara is a very nice human, however, I will not be asking her to care for my dog again. Here is why: I left my dog with her for two days so I could visit family out of town. Three hours into my trip, she asked if she could have people over. While I was fine with a couple friends coming over, she explained that it was her boyfriend and he wanted to stay over night. I mentioned since we did not know him, or her very well yet, that I'd feel more comfortable if he did not stay. She said that is fine. However, upon our return, our neighbor informed us that someone else definitely stayed at our apartment. When I returned we found out that our neighbor came in the house to find dog pee in the entry, which our neighbor cleaned up. Then we found dog poop in our house, dried, and obviously there for several hours/days. Several other things happened during the trip that made me question whether or not my dog was the primary concern during the weekend. While this person walked my dog a few times before with no issue, I would not rehire her for a dog sit.
Kiara was great with Rosie over the Thanksgiving holiday. She was open to all my tidbits about Rosie’s habits and communicative during the stay.
Kiara was amazing at keeping me updated throughout the entire stay! She stayed with my pup for 5 days and left the place clean and organized. I came home to a very happy pup and I would absolutely recommend her.
