I'm here so you can be worry free
I do this full time! Which means i'm available all day everyday and Holidays (If i'm not booked) summer is approaching so I recommend booking with me as soon as you can to reserve your spot! I try to keep my calendar accurate and up to date with my availability to make it easy on all of us! Before starting Rover I have had the opportunity to take care of 7 pets at the same time in the same household for 2 weeks. Those animals included dogs, cats, fish, a guinea pig, puppies and senior dogs. Having a love for animals and after starting Rover I've now had the opportunity to add on to the list entailing kittens, chickens, a bunny, and a turtle. I have administered medicine and know how to get the energy out of energetic puppies. The longest time I have stayed at a clients house to watch their pets was 3 weeks. Now I gratefully continue to stay at a growing number of houses with returned customers. :) I am able to provide care for all animals, besides indoor cats for house sitting services. Sadly, I am allergic to them and have tried to make it work with allergy pills but to no success. (drop-in service for cats are okay since i'm not with them full time) (rover won’t let me put service just for drop-ins) I’ve enjoyed getting to meet so many new people and keep new pet friends company!

Being a pet owner myself I understand how comforting it is to know your pets and house are in good hands. I value honest open communication, and professionalism. Before the set dates I like to arrange a meet and greet to 1.) See each other in person and gauge if the request is a good fit for all participants involved 2.) Show me the pets and around the house (water shut off, cameras, where pets food is located, water any plants, and any other instructions.) 3. Ask each other any questions and vice versa 4.) emergency contacts and vet info Once the booking is confirmed and the time has come, I love to give pet photo updates and text updates throughout the stay to the owners. I always strive for clients to come home to happy pets and a clean house after a trip :) side note: on the left side of the page I've included a picture and info about my own pet to help ease worry that I am good taking care of big dogs as I have a big one myself- who stays at my parents house while I provide these services :)

Kianna was wonderful! Dealing with 3 Boxers plus a cat is a bit much for most people, but Kianna handled them all perfectly. Kinko our cat even let Kianna pet him which is impressive as he is pretty spicy most of the time (can’t blame him with 3 large Boxers in the household). Her concern for our albino Boxer was very much appreciated as well as he is very attached to his humans. With the limited WIFI availability we had during the trip was great for brief communication and receiving some photos of our boys too from Kianna. 100% would book again with Kianna for future needs.

Kiana has been a genuine gift to our family. We started with her about six months ago for our 14-year-old miniature schnauzer/French bulldog mix, Lucy — and over that time she became so much more than a dog walker. As Lucy’s health declined, Kiana adapted without hesitation — adjusting pace, duration, and handling — and never made us feel like we were asking too much. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cared. You can tell the difference between someone who likes dogs and someone who sees your dog. Kiana saw Lucy. She was patient with her on the slow days, gentle when Lucy needed it most, and flexible with our schedules in ways that took real stress off our family during a really hard season. We’re grateful as a family for every walk she gave our girl. If you have a senior dog or one with changing needs, Kiana is exactly who you want in your corner.

Schedule
Lets dive into my weekly schedule :) Outside of house sitting requests-Tuesdays through Thursdays I have ongoing pet check-ins that take me about 2-3 hours max including drive time. I treat the current home that I'm staying at as "Home Base" so to speak. So other then those 2-3 hours for pet check-ins I stay at your home the whole time! If you have any concerns about my schedule over the time of our booking please don't hesitate to reach out for specific details or questions you have for me when it comes to looking after your loved ones, I’m happy to oblige! Rover won’t let me change it but I’m located in Clinton, not west haven. I accept house sittings as far as Salt lake and Brigham :)
