Dog lover who loves the outdoors
I have a lifetime of experience working with dogs of all breeds and life stages. I've had dog family members all my life. When I was 18 I began dog sitting. For five years I managed two dog daycare and boarding facilities in San Francisco. There, I took care of every breed you could think from 8 wks-17 yrs old. I played with them, took them for walks, fed them, administered medication, and interfaced with the clients. I am very familiar with dog psychology, training, and health. I treat all furry babies as I've treated my own; with empathy, love, and patience. I love nature and have a car, so I would be happy to take your dog child on an outdoor adventure, on or off leash depending on what they are used to and what you are comfortable with.

I always abide by leash laws and get to know the dog and their personality so I can create a safe, fun environment for them on walks. I will also ask you if they have any special needs to be aware of.

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter during our 11 day trip to NYC. We got to meet up with Kianna and her pup, Luna before Cali's stay so we could meet them. Kianna went above and beyond with daily hikes in the redwoods, adventures every weekend (trails, beach, dog-parks), multiple baths and lots of love. The daily updates + photos were awesome. It was really nice to not have to worry every second knowing that our little pup was in the best hands. Cali and Luna had so much fun together and would absolutely consider Kianna for our future pup-boarding needs.
This was the first time I have left my pup with anyone other than a close friend. I had complete trust in Kianna. She is incredibly nurturing and loving and took great care of Meeko.
Kianna was wonderful with my little dog Ziggy. We are from out of town and wanted to go to a non dog friendly venue. She had almost no notice but welcomed Ziggy into her home with her sweet dog Luna. Ziggy is a picky eater so she hand fed him and he ate well. She took him for a long walk and he was tired and ready for bed when I got back. I got pictures of him throughout the visit. Ziggy fell in love with Luna and Kianna. I highly recommend her, she’s amazing with dogs.
Kianna was amazing! She took such good care of Charlie and provided the *cutest* photo updates during his stay. She also went above & beyond in his feeding when I mentioned he'd been slowly transitioning back to plain kibble and gave him a ton of exercise. I would highly recommend to anyone for their pup - she is such a pro!
Kianna is wonderful! Amigo had an excellent stay, Kianna is incredibly warm and loving, and her space is clean, safe, and peaceful. Amigo got plenty of cuddle time and exercise, and was even hand-fed to ensure he ate his meals. I am so grateful to Kianna for taking such great care of him!
Kianna was fantastic! One of our dogs is pretty difficult with strangers but Kianna approached him calmly and confidently and ended up winning him over. She took great care of the house too. I would definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time with flexible availability during the week and some weekends. I would be happy to take your dog on a nature or neighborhood walk during the day while you're at work so you come home to a happy pup!
